The Chevrolet Equinox’s interior gets an upgrade for the 2018 model year. While researching on how to improve the area of the vehicle, the design team turned to social media to see how to solve common problems that consumers were having. Things such as dark-wash denim staining a new car’s seats. The new Equinox’s seats are available with either a durable denim-like fabric or leather that is stain- and scuff-resistant.
The denim seat option has a pattern that helps disguise dirt and stains and is easy to clean. The new leather-trimmed seats have a surface treatment that aids in cleaning, helping to remove some of the “bleeding” from that new pair of dark blue jeans and scuffs from black-leather belts.
