New Torchmate 5×10 Plasma Table | Lincoln Electric

Shock and Awesome

Building off the excellent results the Torchmate 4400 and 4800 have delivered to Lincoln Electric customers over the past four years, they were amped (get it?) to add the newest table to their 4000 series: the 4510.

This machine is built with the same proven design of the company’s existing tables but expanded into a 5×10-foot configuration.

It keeps all the tried and tested components of the 4000 series like reliable motion controls, touchscreen, and user friendly Torchmate CAD.

The new 5×10 table allows for improved production capabilities for those looking to optimize their metal cutting. This machine gives you the ability to fit and cut a full 5×10 sheet of metal up to one inch thick – reducing the overall cost of your parts and maximizing your capacity. Using 5×10 sheets of metal gives you a 36% larger piece of metal than a 4×8 sheet, allowing you to maximize the amount of parts you can cut out and reducing the amount of time required swapping sheets of metal.
You’ll be able to cut out the largest designs with ease and take on the bigger jobs your customers request. The Torchmate 4000 series is a premium line of plasma tables and you can add this machine to your operation knowing you’ll be backed by Lincoln Electric’s support and 2 year warranty on the entire table.

ABOUT Lincoln Electric®

Lincoln Electric was founded on December 5, 1895, in Cleveland, Ohio, U.S.A. An initial investment was used to develop and commercialize a unique, direct current electric motor for industrial applications. What started as a spark of ingenuity flickered and gained momentum. By 1911, John C. and James F. Lincoln invented and launched their first variable voltage arc welder, an innovation that catapulted Lincoln Electric into a new technology and industry that would drive its future success.
