AEM universal Flush Mount Panels make it easy to create a clean, custom look when installing an AEM CD-5 or CD-7 Carbon Digital Dash Display in the factory cluster location.

About the AEM CD Carbon Dashes

CD-5 and CD-7 Carbon Digital Dash Displays feature full-color, daylight readable screens surrounded by tough, lightweight flow-molded carbon-fiber composite housings and are available with integrated buttons and shade hoods or in sleek, slim Flat Panel versions. Logging and GPS-enabled versions are available. They receive channels from CAN-enabled devices and can be installed on any vehicle, and are available with integrated data logging and GPS for MPH, track mapping and lap timing. Seven programmable ultra-bright LEDs span the top of the display housings for RPM and shift light indication and two additional programmable LEDs are included in the enclosure. Seven fully programmable pages are provided, including a startup screen, four main pages, on-change page and dedicated alarm page. DashDesign editing software delivers the power to create fully custom layouts and designs to put whatever you want wherever you want it on the screens, and it is free.

AEM universal Flush Mount Panels

AEM universal Flush Mount Panels fit both original and flat panel-style CD-5 and CD-7 Carbon Dashes (CD-5 Flush Mount Panel PN 30-5540 and CD-7 Flush Mount Panel PN 30-5541).

The panels are manufactured from lightweight automotive-grade, vacuum-formed ABS plastic and have an automotive wrinkle finish. They are paintable for enhanced customization and create a flush to near flush installation when installed using the soft mounts that are supplied with the CD Carbon Digital Dashes. Pre-drilled holes in the panels make the installation of the Dash display simple and make sure that they are perfectly oriented in the panel opening.

The panels measure 10” Tall x 20” Long which provides plenty of additional material for custom trimming into an OE gauge cluster enclosure or a custom dashboard.
