Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) has clutch kits in both street and race configurations for the 2007-08 Audi RS4 models.

Heavy Duty/Performance Street Sprung Clutch Kit

The HD/Perf Street Sprung clutch Kit (P/N AA2-HDSS) features ACT’s most popular Heavy Duty pressure plate and most popular street disc.

ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates use exclusive diaphragm design to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure a four-stage, heat-treating process for the highest level of performance. ACT pressure plates have precision cover stampings to provide rigidity and consistency. ACT’s Performance Street discs feature premium organic materials with high copper content for better heat transfer and steel-backed lining for greater burst strength and durability. These discs have reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates, with increased strength and reliability.

ACT also recently released its SFI-approved Streetlite flywheel for the 2007-08 Audi RS4 (B7) 4.2L V8.

XACT Flywheel Streetlite

The XACT Flywheel Streetlite (P/N 600951) is lightweight, single-mass upgrade to the OE dual-mass flywheel.

It provides quicker engine response and acceleration, while being significantly lighter than stock. It is designed for performance and affordability, without compromising a smooth idle. The one-piece, forged chrome-moly steel flywheel is CNC-machined and features induction-hardened, integral ring gear for increased durability. It comes with a quality pilot bearing pre-installed at ACT.

Driver and spectator safety are a top priority at ACT. Each ACT flywheel is certified to meet SFI Specification 1.1 standards, making them legal for competition where SFI 1.1 certification is required or recommended. XACT flywheels come complete with an official SFI sticker and serial number, as required for certification. The 600951 XACT Streetlite flywheel weighs 15.3 pounds, which is 42-percent lighter than the stock flywheel.
