Just like the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 coupe, the ZR1 convertible is powered by a 6.2-liter supercharged V-8. The resulting 755 horsepower and 715 pound-feet of torque is directed to the rear wheels, enabling a top speed greater than 200 miles per hour. It’s the first convertible ZR1 since the 1970s, and it weighs within 60 pounds of the coupe version. The ZR1 convertible has the same exact suspension as the coupe. Buyers can choose between a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic.
